Our tools should be right. When they’re not, we want to hear about it and fix it quickly.
How to report a problem
Email support@hifreetools.com or use our contact page. The more detail you include — the tool, your input, the result you got, and the result you expected — the faster we can confirm and fix it.
How we handle reports
- We acknowledge accuracy reports and try to reproduce the issue.
- If a formula, conversion factor, or assumption is wrong, we correct the tool and re-check its examples.
- We update the tool’s “last updated” date so you can see it was reviewed.
- For significant fixes that could have affected past results, we note the change on the page.
Priority
We prioritize corrections to tools involving money, health, legal, and tax topics, where an error has the greatest potential impact. These tools are also held to a higher review standard before publishing.
Transparency
We’d rather fix a mistake openly than hide it. If you spot something wrong, you’re helping every future visitor — thank you.
